MGM is making a modifications that are significant .
Owner MGM Resorts International reported these changes are being made to the popular rewards program to offer more consistency across the MGM portfolio of casino hotels.
Effective Oct. 1, MGM is first aligning the way that it calculates Express Comps across all MGM possessions. In fact, MGM will adopt the way it’s performed at Borgata around the united states.
That usually means all M life Gains destinations will calculate Express Comps based on time played, average wager and match type.
This calculation method is used for table games. It’s also used for slots at MGM National Harbor, Borgata, also MGM Springfield. After Oct. 1 it will be used throughout the board in MGM properties for the two table and slots games.
MGM can be currently standardizing M life Rewards’ room rate discount in any way properties.
That usually means all M life Rewards members will be eligible for 10 percent off room rates beginning Oct. 1. This standardization was started by MGM in July of the year at its Las Vegas properties. MGM is currently rolling it out in all M lifestyle Gains destinations, including Borgata in Atlantic City.
Eventually, the POINTPlay money is being discontinued by MGM out it once offered at MGM Grand Detroit.
M life Gains members are meant by that at MGM Grand Detroit will be permitted to cash out these points.
Previously, MGM Grand Detroit was the MGM property that provided this salvation option. Effective Oct. 1, M lifestyle Rewards members might have to convert POINTPlay things into Express Comps.
MGM stated these changes are a part of an attempt to make sure the achievement of their bull life Gains program. Participants’ Express Comps accounts will not change as a result.
